Subscription Service Policy
Rules for fixed-term subscriptions purchased and extended manually, including activation, use, expiry, cancellation, and refunds.
I. Definitions
1. Subscription service means digital content or online functions purchased once for a fixed service term.
2. Subscription term means a fixed month, quarter, year, or other period stated in the selected plan. Each additional term requires a separate manual payment by you.
3. Activation occurs when paid rights are opened in the system or upon first use, as applicable.
4. Account means the unique identity registered and used through a phone number, email, or third-party account.
II. Activation and Accounts
1. Keep registration information truthful, accurate, complete, and current.
2. System records control activation. Payment activates the fixed term from the time stated on the page or order.
3. Rights are for the account holder only unless seats or a team edition are expressly supported; accounts may not be transferred, lent, rented, or shared.
4. You bear losses caused by sharing or poor custody.
III. Plans and Prices
1. Fixed-term plans and prices appear on the website pricing or subscription page.
2. We may change prices or rights for future purchases without affecting the paid current term. You decide whether to purchase another term manually after expiry.
3. Tax inclusion follows the displayed price. Request an electronic invoice through support by email or a community entry point published on the site.
IV. Trials and Promotions
1. Trial functions or usage may be limited.
2. Unless stated otherwise, offers and codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or used after expiry.
3. Promotional conditions apply only to the stated fixed term; a later term requires your manual purchase at the then-displayed price.
V. Usage Limits and Fair Use
1. Reasonable concurrency, call-frequency, storage, or bandwidth limits may apply as stated on the website.
2. Abuse may lead to rate limits, freezing, termination, and legal action.
VI. Availability and Maintenance
1. Reasonable stability measures apply, but networks, equipment, suppliers, force majeure, or maintenance may interrupt or limit service.
2. We will try to announce planned maintenance and schedule it off peak.
VII. Content and Intellectual Property
1. You or the original owner retain rights in uploaded or generated content. Request content and returned results are handled only temporarily as needed to provide service and are not persistently stored.
2. Rights in software, pages, marks, algorithms, and documents belong to us or licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or training competing models or services requires written permission.
3. You handle third-party claims concerning your content and indemnify our resulting losses.
VIII. Conduct and Compliance
1. Follow Chinese law and Platform rules and do not create, copy, publish, or spread unlawful or improper information.
2. Conduct involving minors, harmful information, fraud, infringement, or privacy leaks will be handled and may be reported.
3. Where overseas components or transmissions are involved, comply with applicable export-control, data, and trade requirements.
IX. Personal Information and Data Security
1. Account, order, payment, log, device, and other personal information is processed under the Privacy Policy.
2. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security; incidents are handled and notified under law.
3. Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal rights may be exercised under the Privacy Policy.
X. Cancellation and Refunds
1. Expiry and no further purchase: the service lasts for a fixed term and ends at expiry unless you make a new manual purchase. No action is needed if you do not wish to continue; the current term generally receives no proportional refund. Third-party purchases follow channel rules.
2. General no-refund rule: paid digital subscriptions activate immediately and consume resources. Except for listed exceptions, no refund applies to preference changes, little or no use, plan changes, device or network issues, substantial use, promotional or gifted rights, or team seat reductions and downgrades.
3. Downloaded or opened digital content and performed online services generally do not receive Mainland China’s seven-day no-reason return. Payment or activation consents to immediate service.
4. Refund exceptions require you to contact us within a reasonable time and cooperate with troubleshooting or investigation. For sustained inability to access or use the service, a technical investigation must confirm that the problem originated in our Platform system. A severe mismatch with clearly described core functions, verified duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges, or another case confirmed by us in writing may also qualify. Refunds use the original route; third-party channels follow their rules.
5. Apply through a community entry point published on the site or contact@xuanshuapi.com with order number, description, screenshots, or logs. We generally provide a result within 3–7 business days after complete materials. Chargebacks follow payment-network rules and may temporarily freeze rights until resolved.
XI. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Expiry
1. Mid-term upgrades and added rights follow the displayed price difference and usually take effect immediately.
2. A downgrade selection applies to a later fixed term that you manually purchase; the current term receives no difference refund.
3. The subscription terminates when the fixed term expires without a new manual purchase.
XII. Third-Party Services and Links
1. Integrated payments, cloud storage, models, or interfaces may process information under third-party policies.
2. Read third-party terms and privacy policies and seek resolution there first; we will reasonably assist.
XIII. Minors
1. Minors must read and use the service under guardian supervision and guidance.
2. Minors should protect themselves, manage time, and avoid excessive spending or dependency.
XIV. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
1. To the extent lawful, we are not liable for force majeure, basic network or power failures, or third-party causes.
2. Indirect, incidental, punitive, profit, data, or goodwill losses are excluded.
3. Aggregate liability does not exceed the subscription fee actually paid for your most recent fixed term, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
XV. Changes and Notice
1. Business or legal changes may require updates; material changes will be announced through inbox messages, pop-ups, email, community announcements, or the page.
2. Changes apply to future new or manually purchased terms. If you disagree, do not purchase another term after the current one expires.
XVI. Termination
1. Serious breach of law or this Policy permits suspension or termination and preservation of legal claims.
2. Long-term arrears, abnormal usage, or security risks may lead to rate limits, freezing, degradation, or termination.
XVII. Governing Law and Disputes
1. This Policy’s formation, performance, and disputes are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China.
2. The parties first negotiate; if that fails, either may sue in a competent People’s Court having an actual connection with the dispute or arbitrate under a separate written agreement.
XVIII. Contact and Complaints
Email: contact@xuanshuapi.com; community support entry points are published on the site.
