Digital Recharge Service Policy
Rules for pay-as-you-go recharge credit, delivery, use, refunds, fees, and disputes.
I. Definitions
1. Pay-as-you-go recharge service means a one-time payment that adds credit to offset API call charges as usage occurs.
2. Recharge credit means paid account credit deducted on demand for usage and never expiring.
3. Delivery or activation occurs when paid credit is recorded and available in the system.
4. Account means the unique identity registered and used through a phone number, email, or third-party account.
II. Delivery and Accounts
1. Keep registration information truthful, accurate, complete, and current.
2. System records control delivery. Payment means you agree that digital recharge and online service begin immediately.
3. Credit is for the account holder only unless member seats or a team edition is expressly supported; accounts may not be transferred, lent, rented, or shared.
4. You bear losses caused by sharing or poor custody.
III. Plans and Prices
1. Recharge amounts and delivery rules appear on the website wallet or pay-as-you-go page.
2. We may adjust prices, discounts, or delivery rules without affecting credit already delivered.
3. Tax inclusion follows the displayed price. Request an electronic invoice through support by email or a community entry point published on the site.
IV. Promotions and Gifts
1. First-purchase offers, if any, follow displayed campaign rules.
2. Unless stated otherwise, offers and codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or used after expiry.
3. Referral rewards may enter the wallet under campaign rules. A refund may deduct only reward cost triggered by that recharge and already issued to the referrer; together with the payment fee, deductions are capped at CNY 100.
V. Usage Limits and Fair Use
1. Reasonable concurrency, call-frequency, storage, or bandwidth limits may apply as stated on the website.
2. Abuse such as bulk-account profiteering, circumvention, attacks, or scraping may lead to rate limits, freezing, termination, and legal action.
VI. Availability and Maintenance
1. We take reasonable stability measures, but networks, equipment, suppliers, force majeure, or maintenance may interrupt or limit functions.
2. We will try to announce planned maintenance and schedule it off peak.
VII. Content and Intellectual Property
1. You or the original owner retain rights in uploaded or generated content. Request content and returned results are handled only temporarily as needed to provide service and are not persistently stored.
2. Rights in service software, pages, marks, algorithms, and documents belong to us or licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, bulk scraping, or training competing models or services requires written permission.
3. You must handle third-party claims concerning your content and indemnify our resulting losses.
VIII. Conduct and Compliance
1. Follow Chinese law and Platform rules and do not create, copy, publish, or spread unlawful or improper information through the service.
2. We will handle conduct involving minors, harmful information, fraud, infringement, or privacy leaks as required and may report it.
3. Where overseas components or transmissions are involved, comply with applicable export-control, data, and trade requirements.
IX. Personal Information and Data Security
1. Personal information such as account, order, payment, log, and device data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
2. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security; incidents are handled and notified under law.
3. Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal rights may be exercised under the Privacy Policy.
X. Cancellation and Refunds
1. Before payment, close the payment page or wait for timeout. Delivered recharge orders are not subscription cancellations; use this refund process for unused credit.
2. Verified, unconsumed pay-as-you-go credit is refundable. Consumed credit and performed online service are not.
3. We deduct a non-refundable payment fee equal to 8% of the amount paid and any referral reward cost triggered by this recharge and already issued. Combined deductions are capped at CNY 100; any remainder returns through the original payment route.
4. Downloaded or opened digital content and performed online services generally do not receive Mainland China’s seven-day no-reason return. Payment consents to immediate service; unused credit remains refundable under this Policy.
5. Apply through a community entry point published on the site or contact@xuanshuapi.com with order number, reason, balance, screenshots, or logs. We generally provide a result within 3–7 business days after receiving complete materials. Chargebacks follow payment-network rules and may temporarily freeze account rights until resolved.
XI. Validity and Delivery of Credit
1. Delivered pay-as-you-go credit never expires and is deducted as used.
2. Delivery time is the successful-payment and posting time in system records.
3. Subscription credit is consumed before pay-as-you-go credit.
XII. Third-Party Services and Links
1. Payments, cloud storage, models, interfaces, and other third parties may be integrated and may process information under their policies.
2. Read their terms and privacy policies. Seek resolution from the third party first; we will reasonably assist.
XIII. Minors
1. Minors must read and use the service under guardian supervision and guidance.
2. Minors should protect themselves, manage time, and avoid excessive spending or dependency.
XIV. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
1. To the extent lawful, we are not liable for force majeure, basic network or power failures, or third-party causes.
2. Indirect, incidental, punitive, profit, data, or goodwill losses are excluded.
3. Aggregate liability does not exceed your most recent recharge payment, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
XV. Changes and Notice
1. Business or legal changes may require updates; material changes will be announced through inbox messages, pop-ups, email, community announcements, or the page.
2. Continued use or another recharge means acceptance. If you disagree, stop use and request handling of unused credit under this Policy.
XVI. Termination
1. Serious breach of law or this Policy permits suspension or termination and preservation of legal claims.
2. Long-term arrears, abnormal usage, or security risks may lead to rate limits, freezing, degradation, or termination.
XVII. Governing Law and Disputes
1. This Policy’s formation, performance, and disputes are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China.
2. The parties first negotiate; if that fails, either may sue in a competent People’s Court having an actual connection with the dispute or arbitrate under a separate written agreement.
XVIII. Contact and Complaints
Email: contact@xuanshuapi.com; community support entry points are published on the site.
