XuanShu API
Privacy Policy
How the XuanShu Operations Team collects, uses, retains, protects, and processes personal information, and how users exercise their rights.
I. Introduction and Scope
1. This Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, protect, and entrust the processing of your personal information, and describes your legal rights and how to exercise them.
2. It applies throughout account registration and use of the AI coding and conversational reasoning proxy service, including registration, login, identity verification, model-request forwarding, result delivery, maintenance, security controls, troubleshooting, and support.
3. The personal information handler for the service is the XuanShu Operations Team.
4. Contact: contact@xuanshuapi.com. Use this address for questions, complaints, or rights requests concerning personal information processing.
II. Personal Information We Collect and Process
We may collect and process the following information to provide the service:
Account information includes account identifiers and phone numbers. We collect, retain, use, and verify it for registration, login, identity checks, account management, security verification, and necessary user service, as needed to enter into or perform the service agreement or with your consent.
Technical and log information includes IP address, timestamps, endpoint, model name, Token usage, status codes, error responses, basic device or browser information, and login state. It is collected, retained, analyzed, and aggregated for operation, security, billing or quota statistics, troubleshooting, abuse detection, audits, and service improvement.
1. Request content and returned results are processed only temporarily for the time needed to forward the request and deliver the result, and are not persistently stored.
2. Do not submit unrelated sensitive personal information, trade secrets, passwords, keys, bank-card data, identity documents, or health information in prompts, code, or conversations. The Team is not responsible for personal loss caused by your submission of such information.
III. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
1. We may use Cookies, LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or similar technologies to maintain login state, perform security checks, measure visits, save preferences, and keep the service stable.
2. These technologies may record login state, session identifiers, device or browser data, access times, and basic usage. Browser controls can clear them, but some login or service functions may then fail.
3. If third-party analytics, advertising, support, risk-control, or SDK services later collect or receive personal information, we will update this Policy or notify you as legally required.
IV. Retention
1. We retain personal information only for the shortest period needed for the stated purposes, unless law requires otherwise or retention is needed for disputes, security, or regulatory cooperation.
2. When retention is no longer necessary, or a lawful deletion request applies, we will delete or anonymize the information.
V. Automated Processing and AI-Generated Content
1. AI models automatically analyze, reason over, and generate from your input to provide code generation, text generation, conversational reasoning, and question answering.
2. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or biased. It is not professional advice; you must assess it and bear the risks of use.
3. We do not use automated decisions for unreasonable differential treatment. If future automated decisions involve recommendations, marketing, or significant effects on personal rights, we will provide legally required explanations and means to refuse or appeal.
VI. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
1. Subject to law, you may access, review, correct, supplement, copy, or delete personal information; withdraw consent; close your account; request explanations of processing rules; and submit complaints, reports, or rights requests.
2. Use contact@xuanshuapi.com or contact the XuanShu Operations Team through the community entry points published on the site.
3. After verifying identity, we will handle the request within the legal or a reasonable period and may request information needed for account security.
4. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed on the basis of consent. Withdrawing authorization necessary for core service functions may make those functions unavailable.
VII. Account Closure
1. You may request closure through contact@xuanshuapi.com. We will stop service and delete or anonymize related personal information, except records required by law or needed for compliance, disputes, or security audits.
2. Closure may prevent login, access to history, use of remaining credit, or data recovery. Confirm carefully before applying.
VIII. Data Security
1. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission, access controls, log audits, security monitoring, and least-necessary authorization.
2. The internet is not absolutely secure. If an incident occurs, we will take legally required remedial steps and notify affected users and regulators through appropriate channels.
IX. Minors
1. The service is mainly for persons with full civil capacity. Minors must read this Policy and use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance and consent.
2. A person under fourteen must not register or use the service without explicit guardian consent. If we discover such information was collected without consent, we will delete it or take other legally required measures promptly.
X. Policy Updates
1. We may update this Policy for operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
2. We will provide an appropriate notice if material matters such as processing purposes, methods, categories, or rights channels change.
3. Continued use after an update means you have read and accepted it; where law requires renewed consent, we will obtain it separately.
XI. Contact Us
1. Contact us with questions, complaints, suggestions, or personal-information rights requests.
2. Email: contact@xuanshuapi.com; community entry points are published on the site.
